Today anything that is second to none is often referred to as the "Rolls Royce" of what ever one is referring to! By 1931Rolls Royce and Bentley Joined forces, with their combined strengths of Rolls Royce's peerless luxury and Bentley's unsurpassed performance, Rolls Royce was seen to be the Gentleman's Carriage and Bentley being the Gentleman's Sports Car! Story of Bentley goes back a long time ago to a dinner in Cannes... Bentley aficionados will be familiar WOOLF BARNATO multiple winner of Le-Mans in the 1920's.
